Patterned after traditional fight-training regimens, our Kickboxing sessions are an addictive, high-intensity, fitness-focused class, comprised of technically-sound kickboxing combinations performed on heavy punching bags and pads.
Tone abs, sculpt arms and legs, increase flexibility, improve cardio conditioning, boost stamina and endurance, release stress, and gain confidence while learning effective kickboxing techniques with real-world applications. All skill and fitness levels welcome. No experience necessary.
